
Beef Teriyaki Bowl
Hand-carved Angus, USDA choice-graded ribeye glazed with house-made teriyaki sauce, served with rice and salad. Our teriyaki is made in-house using Hakushika sake, Kikkomen soy sauce, mirin (sweet sake), and crushed ginger. Please note that this cut of beef is thinner than a steakhouse cut. Moshi can only accommodate rare or well-done requests.
