Fresh, hand-carved salmon cooked on the char-grill then brushed with house-made teriyaki sauce. Served with rice and salad. Our teriyaki is made in-house using Hakushika sake, Kikkomen soy sauce, mirin (sweet sake), and crushed ginger.
