KI NOH BI is a cask-aged version of the classic KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin. Filled into a Sherry butt previously used to mature Karuizawa single malt whisky. at high strength, the gin is carefully monitored during the maturation process to ensure the optimum balance between botanical flavors and influence from the wood. KI NOH BI is bottled after dilution with Fushimi water.
