Akuto is on his way to a Chichibu 30 year expression with this bottle that uses a good amount of 5 year old whisky that was distilled in 2008 and dropped into a mizunara cask. A nose of pear and malt cereal followed with tropical and cherry buckle notes on the palate; finishing with hints of pepper and sandalwood. 58.5% ABV
