Kanosuke Kagoshima Exclusive

Kanosuke's first Kagoshima-exclusive release. An original malting process that adapts traditional shochu koji-making equipment. They malt Hoshun, a two-row barley grown in Kagoshima, at their own facility. The key malt is matured in re-charred ex-shochu casks and blended with whisky aged in bourbon and other casks. This whisky boasts aromas of green apple, a tropical fruit sweetness, and a rich malt character. The finish lingers with a subtle hint of ginger. 48% 50ml. 1/2 pours available.
