Komagatake Yakushima Aging 2020

Distilled at Shinshu Distillery, then moved to be aged on the small island of Yakushima. Maturing on this Japanese tropical island gives this whisky flavors of tropical yuzu zest and sea salt on top of the toasted peanut, malt, and pepper. Vatted from sherry and ex-bourbon cask ranging from 3-4 years old 53% ABV
