Another addition to the bomb collection at Moshi. I design these to have a POP of intense flavor. Cucumber boat filled with nori-tsukudani (think umami sweetness from stewing seaweed down), spicy tuna, spur chili, and topped with shichimi, tenkasu, jalapeño, spicy mayo and crunchy garlic sesame oil.....OH BOY! 2pcs. *Substitutions respectfully declined on Moshi Moshi Signature items.
