Amatiteña Blanco

Amatiteña has distinct aromas of mesquite, marjoram, menthol, and burnt marshmallow which carry through to the palate. Subtle notes of purple flowers, fresh vanilla bean, dried dates & figs, Heath bar, and a persistent pulse of salinity join the palate. A Blanco tequila produced in Amatitán, Jalisco (NOM 1477) by Maestro Tequilero Alberto Partida of 100% Azul, a single estate agave that is cooked in a traditional, mesquite-wood-fired stone oven (without steam), then milled using an automated, traditional tahona. Finally, fermentation is with fibers in open-air wood tanks, using local spring water & ambient yeast then distilled in historical copper pot stills from the 19th century. Verified additive-free. 42% ABV. 50ml.
